Quick Tips
- We are a New Zealand Specialist and have offices in Christchurch – New Zealand, Adelaide – Australia and London – United Kingdom and we welcome enquiries from all around the world and enjoy a great variety of travellers on board our Coach Tours and Self Drive Holidays.
- We currently provide a secure online payment gateway for those travellers choosing one of our Coach Tour itineraries that has unlimited availability, as you select your tour and proceed to finalise your shopping cart you will be prompted to the payment system to either confirm your reservation with a deposit or if it is within 65 days of the departure, full payment will be requested.
- If the Coach Tour has limited space or if you are requesting any of our Independent Holiday options you will not be directed to our online payment gateway. Your shopping cart itinerary request will be forwarded directly to one of our expert consultants who will make all the necessary enquiries or make your reservations and contact you directly.
- We offer two payment methods for depositing or making final payments for your New Zealand holiday. Option one is via our secure online payment gateway using Visa or MasterCard or alternatively we offer direct credit payment facilities via electronic funds transfer, which you are able to do either on Internet banking or directly with your bank. Full details of how you are able to make payment will be provided along with the final confirmation of your arrangements/invoice.
(Please Note: Most banking institutions have additional security for online payments above certain thresholds, if you are having difficulty in processing your payment online, please contact your bank and advise that you are making a online payment and the value of that payment in order for your transaction to be allowed to proceed).
Booking Procedure
- As you browse our website you can add a product to your “Shopping Cart” by clicking on the link below/or above each product as you browse. Each time you add a product to the Shopping Cart an option will pop up to request you to finalise the itinerary or continue to browse the website. Once you have finished adding your itinerary components to the shopping cart, click the finalise option and this will take you to review all of the items you have placed in the cart.
- Click on Step 2, which will require you to fill out the details of the main contact and also the details of all travelling in the party.
- You will then be asked to review the final details in the shopping cart which will display all of the details which will be sent to Kirra Holidays.
- Click to proceed and submit the shopping cart to Kirra Holidays, if you have an available Coach Tour with unlimited space available you will be taken to the online payment system to either deposit or make final payment to confirm your reservation. Otherwise if you are requesting further information only, you can proceed past the payment system and your shopping cart will be sent directly to our consultants to finalise. If you have selected a Coach Tour with limited space available or any of our Independent options (i.e. Guided Walks, Accommodation, Motorhomes, Car Hire) you will have the option to submit your shopping cart to Kirra Holidays to make the necessary reservations on your behalf or to submit your Shopping Cart to obtain further information or availability on the options you have chosen.
If at any time during the booking process you have difficulty please contact the most appropriate office via email or phone (details are on the “Contact Us” page of this website) or use our Live Consultant facility, which appears on the left hand of this page, a live consultant will normally be available 20 hours per day between our offices.
Retrieve an Existing Shopping Cart
If you have created an Itinerary in the past and had filled in your email in the Personal section, then you can retrieve that itinerary. Click on the Shopping Cart in the left hand menu and enter your email address into the field to retrieve the cart. From here you can add or change or submit your Shopping Cart. Carts are held for 3 weeks.
